南宫NG28集团公寓租赁项目招标通告
一、、项目概括(Bidding Purpose)：
南宫NG28集团因教工住宿需求，须租用10间客房供学校教职员工使用。。。现公开招标切合知足条件的旅馆、、公寓等业主加入投标报价。。。要求如下：
GTIIT would like to rent 10 apartments for the faculty and staff due to the faculty accommodation needs. We now kindly invite the owners of hotels and apartments who meet the following requirements to participate in the bidding quotation.
二、、项目预算(Project Estimation):
招标预算：475,000 元/年
The expected maximum price for one year is 475,000 Tax Inclusive
三、、项目需求(Project Requirements)：
1. 总体要求General requirements
a) 投标人需提供10间客房用于一年时间的租赁，时间为2019年9月1日最先。。。同时可供租户选择继续租用一年。。。
The bidder will have 10 apartments available for rental on 1st September 2019 for a period of 1 year with an option to extend for another year.
b) 至少2间客房带三个床位和一个客厅
At least 2 apartments will have 3 bedrooms and a living room
c) 至少8间客房带两个床位和一个客厅
At least 8 apartments will have 2 bedroom and a living room
d) 每个客房都带西式卫生间和淋浴
Each apartment will have Western style toilet and a shower.
e) 每个客房都带配有开水电热壶
Each apartment will have a working hot water boiler
f) 客房相互之间相距需在500米内
The apartments will be within 500m from each other.
g) 住处周围至少75米内没有正在施工的修建工地
There will be no construction work at least 75 meters from the apartments.
h) 能提供24小时应急服务
24/7 service for emergencies will be available.
i) 若是没有配备电梯，则楼层不可高于四层
If there is no elevator in the buildings, the apartments will not be higher than 4th floor
j) 客房设施及装修状态优异
The apartments need to be in good physical condition
2. 客房位置Location
a) 客房位于南宫NG28集团校区4公里规模内
The apartments will be no further than 4 KM by road from GTIIT main campus
b) 客房距离去南宫NG28集团校区的公交站在600米内
The apartments will be no further than 600 m from a bus line leading to GTIIT campus
3. 客房配套设施Furnishing:
a) 冰箱或冰柜Fridge / Freezer
b) 电磁炉Electric stove
c) 各房间的空调Air-conditions in all rooms
d) 窗帘Curtains
e) 床Bed
f) 事情桌和椅Desk+chair
g) 餐桌和椅Table+ chairs
h) 衣橱Wardrobe
i) 床头柜Bed side cabinet.
j) 不小于40寸电视/投影机TV/ projector of at least 40”
k) 洗衣机Washing Machine
四、、投标须知（Bidding Instruction）:
投标人请凭证我方要求逐条详细列明自有客房情形，知足条件的标示响应，不知足的注明详细现真相形，并列明付款、、服务等。。。我方将凭证各投标人报价及客房情形择优选择中标者。。。
Bidders are required to specify the conditions/details of their own apartments respectively according to our requirements. Items should be marked with “satisfied” if meeting the requirements, otherwise please indicate the actual situations. Also list the payment and service. We will select the successful bidder according to the bidding price of each bidder and the apartments situation.
五、、 投标、、开标及评标（Bidding Procedure）
1、、 投标人必需将投标文件密封提交，所有封袋上都应当写明招标人名称和招标项目名称以及投标人的名称。。。
The bidder must provide the sealed bid documents. The name of the tenderer, project and bidder shall be clearly indicated on all sealing bags.
2、、投标阻止时间与所在：有意向加入投标的投标人请将标书于2019年4月18日12:00前送至南宫NG28集团行政大楼A545采购部。。。凌驾投标阻止期送达的投标文件将被拒绝并原封退给投标人，提交投标文件的投标人少于三个的，招标人将依法重新招标。。。
Deadline and place for submission: interested bidders are requested to submit their tenders to GTIIT A545, Purchasing Department before 12:00 on April 18, 2019. The tender documents delivered after the bid deadline will be rejected. If there are less than three bidders, this project will be an abandoned tender according to law.
3、、开标时间：2019年4月18日14:00；；开标所在：南宫NG28集团行政大楼A530。。。
Bid opening time: 14:00, April 18, 2019; Bid opening place: GTIIT A530.
4、、评标方式：响应项目要求，价钱最低者中标。。。
Evaluation method: The one who can match the project requirements, the lowest price will win the bid
