GTIIT is currently seeking a Head of Audit from candidates worldwide to lead and oversee all university audit functions. We warmly invite professionals with hands-on audit experience in higher education institutions to join us in driving the continuous enhancement of the university's governance and internal control systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
·?????????Establish and implement internal audit policies and regulations, and develop an audit system tailored to the characteristics of Sino-foreign cooperative education.
·?????????Formulate annual audit plans covering areas such as finance, infrastructure and renovation projects, goods and services procurement, economic accountability, and other internal control processes.
·?????????Actively promote national audit laws and regulations, and provide audit advisory services to various departments on campus.
·?????????Organize and coordinate the execution of all audit activities, and issue audit reports.
·?????????Regularly assess the institution's internal control processes, identify weak links, and propose improvement recommendations while driving corrective actions.
·?????????Monitor compliance in high-risk areas such as major projects to ensure adherence to domestic and international laws, regulations, and the requirements of the cooperative education agreement.
·?????????Serve as a liaison between the university and relevant regulatory authorities as well as external audit firms.
·?????????Complete other audit-related tasks and assignments delegated by supervisory departments and university leadership.
Required Job Competencies?
·?????????Master's degree or above in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or related fields.
·?????????Holder of CPA, CIA, or an intermediate/senior professional title in Accounting or Auditing.
·?????????Minimum of 8 years of comprehensive financial audit experience, with lead auditor experience; familiarity with audit regulations and standards in the education sector; ability to oversee university-level audit projects and establish audit systems; experience in higher education institutions is preferred.
·?????????High level of professional ethics and confidentiality awareness; adherence to principles with strong independence and objectivity.
·?????????Excellent data analysis skills, risk sensitivity, and cross-cultural communication and coordination abilities.
·?????????Language proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English.
