Key Responsibilities /?Ö÷ÒªÊÂÇéÖ°Ôð

1. Act? as the primary contact to manage user inquiries and service tickets -track, assign, and follow up to closure.

   ×÷ΪÖ÷ÒªÁªÏµ´°¿Ú£¬ÖÎÀíÓû§×ÉѯÓë·þÎñ¹¤µ¥ - ¸ú×Ù¡¢·ÖÅä²¢¸ú½øÖ±ÖÁÍê³É¡£¡£¡£

2. Assist? to provide front-line support for classrooms and events, including early-morning shifts, off-hours, and off-site activities.

3. Maintain internal websites and knowledge base - update documentation and FAQs using templates, and collect and analyze service-related data.

Job Requirements / ¸ÚλҪÇó

1. Bachelor degree or above from an internationally recognized university.

   ±¾¿Æѧλ»òÒÔÉÏѧÀú¡£¡£¡£

2. Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written), capable of effective interaction with international users and teams.
