Key Responsibilities /?主要事情职责
Act? as the primary contact to manage user inquiries and service tickets -track, assign, and follow up to closure.

Assist? to provide front-line support for classrooms and events, including early-morning shifts, off-hours, and off-site activities.

Maintain internal websites and knowledge base - update documentation and FAQs using templates, and collect and analyze service-related data.

Maintain and audit asset records - ensure accurate documentation and proper check-in/out logs.
维护与审计资产纪录 - 确保文档准确与借还流程规范。
Job Requirements / 岗位要求
Bachelor degree or above from an internationally recognized university.
本科学位或以上学历。
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written), capable of effective interaction with international users and teams.
流利的英语听说读写能力,,能够与国际用户及团队举行高效相同。
Proactive, service-oriented attitude with flexibility to support early-morning, off-hour, and off-site activities as needed.
